The Fox & Duck, on Fulwood Road, has reopened after an investment of nearly £70,000 by the Craft Union Pub Company.

Operator Becky Roddis has overseen a complete refresh of the Fox & Duck’s interior and exterior, in line with its original features, with the design intended to create the feeling of a home away from home.

Now open with full table service outside, the Fox & Duck is looking for nominations for heroes in the local community so that Becky and the team can say a big thank you with several bottles of champagne to give away.

Becky said: “I am delighted to be back behind the bar at the Fox & Duck. It is a brilliant pub at the heart of Sheffield and we’re dedicated to doing all we can to give back to the local community.

"My focus has always been our customers and the community we live and breathe, so to work with a company like Craft Union with its values so deeply ingrained in serving the communities it operates in, is just fantastic.”

“Our priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers, whilst ensuring everyone is able to enjoy and make the most out of their long-awaited visit to our pub.”

The Fox & Duck has reopened the outdoor seating area after pubs across Sheffield were permitted to open on April 12, and walk-ins are available until closing time at 11pm.
