South Yorkshire estate agent moves from strength to strength
South Yorkshire estate agency Eadon, Lockwood and Riddle (ELR) has recently announced a period of growth for the firm's Rotherham Office following a renovation programme, and the recruitment of new team members.
The newly refurbished office was completed at the start of the year, following the removal of some internal walls to create more floor and showroom space.
Joining the ELR Rotherham Office team in March, Tracy Potter has taken up the role of senior negotiator, responsible for overseeing the running of the office, viewings and vendor liaison.
Tracey joined the team from 1st Field estate agents in Kiveton Park.
Stacey Walton joined the team in June as a supporting role to Tracy, and brings with her previous experience from Royal Bank of Scotland and Lombard Central.
Rotherham office director Richard Badger who has over 18 years’ experience working in the estate agency arena commented: “We are very proud of our strong sales results since opening the Rotherham office last year, and the refurbishment and new office appointments have further secured our success in the local market place.
“We are delighted to welcome aboard the new team and wish them well.”
The ELR Rotherham office first opened in August 2015 and has since risen to become one of the top selling agents in Rotherham, approaching 85 sales and achieving a property sale in just 18 hours.
The ELR Rotherham office is situated at 149 Bawtry Road, Wickersley.
ELR is a family-established, privately owned business established in 1840 and has branches across South Yorkshire and now North Derbyshire. It provides services including property sales, lettings, mortgages, property surveys and auctions.
