Hunters are shouting it from the rooftops. The lettings market is great – and getting better by the month.
Since setting up their lettings department in May 2013 with just three existing clients and only one member of staff, Hunters lettings department has grown exponentially and is now a fully established, industrious and, not to mention, award winning part of the Hunters
As of this month, Hunters are responsible for letting 229 properties with more being added every month. They have expanded the team from one full time employee to three in just over two years of trading and there’s no sign of growth slowing down.
Growth of the business isn’t the only thing to shout about as, after all, ‘the customer is king’. With that said, since being established in 2013, Hunters customer satisfaction surveys indicate a staggering 100 per cent approval rating from landlords who have let their properties
through Hunters, an incredible achievement for any company.
Dan Beckett, the head of the lettings department said: “We are incredibly proud of our record with landlords and strive to maintain our customer satisfaction levels. Landlords know that by using us, not only will they achieve the best price possible for their property, they’ll get the service they expect and deserve as well.”
He added: “The majority of our new landlords come from word of mouth from existing landlords. We find that customers are happy to recommend us once they have experienced our service and high service standards, particularly if they’re not happy with their current or previous letting agency. We understand being responsible for people’s properties is a big responsibility, something we take very seriously and which shows in how we conduct ourselves.”
Although most property is letting extremely well, Hunters are seeing a particular increase in demand for one and two bedroom apartments either in the city centre or in South West Sheffield.
“Generally speaking, one and two bedroom apartments in South West Sheffield and the city centre are let within days of going to the market. Due to this demand, we’re achieving fantastic prices for these types of properties and never seem to have enough to supply the consistent queue of prospective tenants. I would urge anyone who has a property of this type to contact us if you’re getting towards the end of the tenancy term.
