Sheffield-based Savvy preserves is poised to spread its reputation worldwide as it launches a Crowdcube funding campaign.

Sheffield-based Savvy preserves is poised to spread its reputation worldwide as it launches a Crowdcube funding campaign.

Savvy was set up in 2013 by Jonathan Drury and Katie Owens, producing a range of unique healthy spreads, made with all-natural fruits, seeds and honey.

From local shops and markets, Savvy spreads soon attracted interest from across the UK and Ireland. This month the product was listed with Ocado and orders are now going to Europe and beyond.

And from 5pm tomorrow local investors can secure a piece of the company’s future for as little as £10: “This is a great opportunity to be part of a great story and contribute to our county’s growing international food reputation,” says Jonathan.

Katie adds: “If you haven’t invested before you’ll be surprised how easy it is… and your money might well earn more than storing it anywhere else.”

Savvy is organising a get-together for serious investors on Sunday afternoon. For more details see www.savvyspreads.com/invest
