Josef shuns university plans to start new Sheffield business

Teenage entrepreneur Josef Cool has given up plans to go to university - and is setting up his first business in Sheffield instead.

The 17-year-old runs Cool Question, selling male grooming products, and earlier this year won the Sheffield Entrepreneurs Challenge, a competition designed to nurture the brightest young business brains in the city.

Joe won a £500 prize which he is using to take his business to the next level.

Since then he has travelled the world and recently returned from America where he visited other young entrepreneurs to gain advice.

Joe also showcased his products for potential international retailers over there.

Cool Question has been launched with the support of Joe’s mentor and competition organiser, 21-year-old Adam Bradford.

Joe said: “It’s not always easy breaking away from the crowd and doing what you believe in. But nothing worthwhile is easy. No dream is impossible provided we first have the courage to believe in it.”

Adam said: “Joe is a real inspiration to other young people who need confidence and a role model to help them get started in their business careers.”
