SHEFFIELD’s TEK Personnel Consultants has been taken over by Rotherham-based Stafforce Personnel.
TEK is the third acquisition by Stafforce in the past six months and chief executive Ian Anderson said: “This is a very exciting time for our company. TEK Personnel is a great addition to our portfolio and there are many synergies between the two businesses.”
Mike Childs, managing director of TEK Personnel, said: “This is great news for us and we welcome becoming part of the Stafforce Personnel business. TEK Personnel was established in 1984 and employs 24 staff across its three offices – Sheffield, Derby and Wolverhampton. The company has a longstanding UK-wide client base predominantly in the manufacturing, engineering, technical, construction, sales & marketing and IT sectors.
