THE Riverside Court Hotel on Nursery Street in Sheffield city centre has been put on the market.

Colliers International has been instructed to sell the hotel and is seeking offers over £300,000 for the freehold interest.

Riverside Court has 35 letting bedrooms and large ground floor public areas. Colliers say the hotel has scope to transform the ground floor areas and a planning application has been made for creation of self-contained units for commercial occupation in use classes A1, A2, A3 and A5 (shops, financial and professional services, restaurant and cafes, hot food takeaway).

Peter Bean, Director at the Leeds office of Colliers International said: “With major city attractions and amenities, including parking, within walking distance the hotel has great potential for the right owner to deliver a highly profitable business.”

A closing date of July 22 has been set for offers. For further information, contact Peter Bean 0113 2001890 peter.bean@colliers.com
