Appeal after sex attack on Sheffield 16-year-old

A police appeal has been issued after a 16-year-old girl was sexually attacked in Sheffield.

The girl was walking down a footpath from Staniforth Road, Darnall, to Darnall train station, when she was attacked at about 10pm yesterday, May 29.

Officers are urging anyone who was in the area at the time and may have information to contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 1094 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
