More pictures emerge from scene of huge Doncaster town centre cannabis factory bust

More pictures showing a huge drugs factory bust in Doncaster town centre have emerged, showing officers carrying away dozens of cannabis plants.

Police carried out a dawn raid on the premises in Scot Lane yesterday morning, cutting through metal security shutters and smashing down doors to uncover a room stuffed with cannabis plants, lights and specialist growing equipment.

A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the raid.

Now fresh pictures have emerged showing officers loading huge yellow storage bags filled with cannabis into the back of a van.

Another picture shows growing equipment seized by officers in the raid at around 8.30am yesterday morning.

Doncaster Fortify Team tweeted: “Fortify officers have been assisting Doncaster Central Neighbourhood Police Team with specialist method of entry at a cannabis cultivation in Doncaster town centre. Roller shutter, glass door and wooden door breached. One male arrested, awaiting process.”
