KerbEdge, which is already open in Hull, is bringing a 110 seat venue to West One in the Devonshire Quarter from next week.

Dishes will include a Yorkshire Blue Burger and Dirk loaded chips – fat chips with a Jack Daniels Fire, Pepsi & BBQ sauce, pulled ham hock, warm beer cheese sauce and citrus pickled onions.

Adam Bryson, KerbEdge founder, said: “We can’t wait to bring our incredible burgers to the good folk of Sheffield.

“After our success launching our first restaurant in Hull last year, Sheffield was top of the list for our next venture. The city has the same laid back, friendly feel as Hull and it’s one of the few other places that likes Hull’s famous chip spice!”

“Diners can expect a real treat at KerbEdge Sheffield. It’ll be a relaxed venue to catch up with friends and enjoy food that’s all about flavour. No mammoth eating challenges, no gimmicks – it’s all about using the very best Yorkshire produce to create great tasting burgers.”

New Chesterfield festival

A new street food festival serving world cusines, ales, bespoke gin and vodka, prosecco and a selection of wines has been announced for Chesterfield.

Street Food and Grooves will be held in May.

Organiser Laura Ashby said: “We love to visit markets around Europe and we hope to bring a bit of what we have seen back to Chesterfield.”

Spoon up new menu
