Matthew Myers and Evan Mosey both scored twice to lead Panthers to a 6-1 victory over fast-fading Cardiff Devils at the National Ice Centre.

The result meant joint top of the League Devils lost their game in hand over Sheffield - and remain locked on the same points tally with them.

A win for Steelers tonight over Fife Flyers, will see them go top (7pm.)

It's been a calamitous time for the Welsh, it was their fourth straight loss.

Like Braehead Clan, earlier, they appear to be choking.

Nottingham are in fourth, four points behind the pair, with a game in hand.
