Chief executive, Sir Andrew Cash said: “How our staff feel is incredibly important and so I am pleased that the survey shows further improvements in a number of areas and that the majority of our staff would recommend the Trust as a place to receive care or indeed work.

"The survey also highlights areas where we need to continue to support our staff particularly in the current challenging climate. Helping staff achieve a healthy work/life balance continues to be a priority, as well as doing all we can to ensure our staff are fully supported and encouraged at work.

"We will be looking carefully at this feedback and making even more improvements to benefit everyone who works in our hospitals and community services.”
