NITEWORKS, THE GREYSTONES, WEDNESDAY

The band from the Isle Of Skye feature bagpipes, keyboards, drums and bass and fuse Gaelic language and traditional music with electronic influences to create a fresh and exciting sound. Â

That inevitably invites comparisons with the other Skye band and festival favourites Peatbog Faeries.

Indeed, Peter Morrison of Peatbog Faeries said: 'Of all the up and coming bands I've seen during my 25 years with the Peatbog Faeries, I would say Niteworks have the most potential.

'Fresh and innovative, catch them if you can.'
