Wembley is preparing to welcome Wednesday and Hull fans this weekend.

If you’re heading to Wembley for the nail-biting Championship Play-Off Final against Hull City, make sure you head down early to soak up the atmosphere and make the most of everything that’s on offer.

That's the message from the PR team on behalf of Wembley Park, the area around the stadium.

Wembley Park boasts a children's play area.

Spokesman Katie Kilburn said: "I work on behalf of Wembley Park and thought it might be handy for fans coming down to know what they can get up to before and after the game - where the Sheffield Wednesday assigned fan zones are, what food is on offer, what shops are there."

Travel

Wembley Park is closer than you think and easily accessible on the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines. Wembley Park station is only two stops from Baker Street on the Metropolitan Line and takes 12 minutes, and Wembley Stadium is 9 minutes from London Marylebone on the Chiltern Line.

There are plenty of places to eat around the stadium.

Food and drink

For a drink and some seriously tasty pre or post-match fuel, head to the Sheffield Wednesday fan zone next to Royal Route.

Olympic Way and Wembley Boulevard will also be lined with street food stalls selling burgers, fish and chips and crepes for all fans.

There are plenty of options to get a pint or two.
