People who visit the hall are invited to enter a prize draw to be in with a chance of winning a beautiful painting.

The winner will be announced at Cannon Hall’s annual Pear Day, a fun-filled family event, held on Sunday, September 18.

Richard Emerson, chairman of the Friends Group, said: “We cannot thank Louise enough for her very generous donation which will support the Heritage Lottery Bid to restore the lakes and gardens. Please enter the draw, the more funding the Friends Group can raise the more we can do to help maintain and improve Cannon Hall for the whole community.”

Prints of the painting can be purchased at the cottage shop in the walled garden.

The Friends Group will also be hosting a painting demonstration by Louise at Cannon Hall on Sunday, August 14. To purchase tickets for the prize draw email [email protected]
