New pop up champagne and seafood terrace close to Sheffield set to open

The Cavendish at Baslow is set to launch an exciting and elegant pop-up restaurant - a Laurent Perrier seafood and champagne terrace, where diners can feast ‘al fresco’ on freshly caught seafood, while enjoying open countryside views over the Chatsworth estate.

The pop up restaurant will be open from April 12 in line with the opening of outside hospitality as lockdown eases.

The Laurent Perrier Terrace will offer a range of seafood dishes and platters for sharing, accompanied by a favourite tipple, whether it be Laurent Perrier Champagne La Cuvée, Whittaker’s gin, or a chilled wine with candlelit ambience and heaters in the evenings. The selection of seafood includes shellfish from the East Coast and Lindisfarne oysters, poached lobster and Chatsworth gin cured salmon caviar.
