Probe underway into three car blaze in Sheffield

An investigation is underway after three cars went up in flames on a Sheffield street.

Police investigate car fires in South Yorkshire

The cars - two Vauxhall Corsas and a Peugeot - were found burning in Victoria Road, Stocksbridge, at 2.50am.

Firefighters extinguished the flames.

Crews also dealt with a Mercedes van torched in Coleford Road, Darnall, Sheffield, at 4.40am and a car set alight in Chestnut Avenue, Kiveton Park, Rotherham, at 3.25am.
