Sheffield apartments scheme set to be approved

Plans to build a new block of apartments in Ranmoor are set to be given the go-ahead.

Applicant FJF Construction wants to demolish an existing bungalow and garage on Ivy Park Road, and put up 10 apartments with 17 parking spaces.

A report to a meeting of Sheffield Council’s planning committee on Tuesday, when the proposals are recommended for approval, said the plans had been changed since their original submission, cutting the number of flats by one from 11 and altering the design.

Residents have objected.
