Shopping mall concert in Sheffield raises cash for charity

A pianist raised nearly £700 for the National Autistic Society in a performance at Crystal Peaks shopping centre.

Robert Wolstenholme, who is himself autistic, performed more than 50 pieces of music and sold copies of his new CD, Emotions, at his concert.

He is a regular performer at the shopping centre.

His dad, Gary, said: “Once again, we met many people who are affected directly and indirectly by autism or who just wanted to support the fundraising and listen to the music.

“The generosity of Crystal Peaks customers, and the support of the centre staff was fantastic - we can’t thank them enough.”

Robert’s next Crystal Peaks concert will be held on July 3.
