Snooker championship for disabled players to be held in Sheffield

A snooker championship for people with physical and learning disabilities is to be held in Sheffield.

The Stephen Harrison Snooker Academy is staging the UK Junior Snooker Championship at the Green Room Snooker Centre, High Green, on October 24.

Stephen Harrison, founder of the academy, is a former professional whose late father, Ray Harrison, was the paraplegic world snooker champion in 1985.
