Stannington Brass Band in funding appeal
Stannington Brass Band is urging residents to get behind them ahead of their appearance at the National Brass Band Championships in Cheltenham on September 17.
The band is a registered charity and is aiming to raise £6,000 so they can compete against the best brass bands. The money will pay for extra rehearsals, coach hire and overnight accommodation.
