Totley pub homes scheme approved

Revised proposals to convert the Fleur de Lys pub at Totley into apartments, and to build houses in the grounds, have been approved.

The amended scheme involves converting the building, on the corner of Baslow Lane and Totley Hall Lane, into six apartments, turning outbuildings into two cottages and building three detached houses.

Objectors said the roads were narrow and there would be parking issues.
