TRAFFIC AND TRAVEL: Sheffield Supertram route withdrawn due to fault
The purple route on Sheffield's Supertram network has been withdrawn for the remainder of the day due to a fault.
Transport operator Supertram said it has been withdrawn due to a "points failure" at Gleadless Townend.
Replacement buses will depart to connect to trams on the blue route between Gleadless Townend and Herdings Park.
A Stagecoach spokesperson said: "At Gleadless Townend, buses will drop off and pick up opposite Sainsbury's and at Herdings Park buses will pick up and drop off from the bus stop at Raeburn Road."
