Tom Lees opened the scoring with a header, before Fernando Forestieri knocked in his 13th of the season after substitute Adthe Nuhiu had hit the post.

The scoring was complete when Alex Lopez's strike was deflected into his own goal by Addicks defender El-Hadji Ba.
