Walk on coals at pub to help raise cash for Little charity

There will be no cold feet at a Sheffield pub later this month – as it hosts a charity firewalk.

The event , in aid of children’s cancer charity Little Heroes, takes place at the John O’Gaunt public house, Blackstock Road, Gleadless Valley.

Stephen Sheppard, aged 47, is behind the event, on Sunday, September 28.

After losing a son a few years ago, he says he can relate to the families who might fear the loss of a child.

Stephen said that when he received a letter from Little Heroes explaining it helped children and families in hospitals, he wanted to help.

He said: “When it is about children you have to try and help.”
