SWEET Georgia Brown! The world famous Harlem Globetrotters have agreed to give a ball spinning lesson to a Star winner and a guest.

Ambassadors Slick and Mighty will reveal their tricks before a class for young Sharks players at the English Institute of Sport, in Coleridge Road, Sheffield, on Monday, from 5pm.

But hurry - deadline is noon tomorrow, Sunday, November 11, 2012.

The Globetrotters will return to Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on Tuesday, March 26, 7.30 pm.

They are bringing their 2013 You Write The Rules World Tour to the UK, with a new team and brand new show, displaying their skills to audiences across the country and packing in plenty of fun for all the family..
For the first time ever, as the tour title implies, fans will decide the rules for the game that could affect the final outcome.

This could be anything from playing with two basketballs at once, to getting double the points for each basket made.

Go online with your kids to to vote for which ground-breaking rule you want to see implemented in the game.  Then, get your tickets, and see the winning rules in live action at the Globetrotters’ world championship game.

This year’s Globetrotters roster features stars such as Special K Daley, Big Easy Lofton, Flight Time Lang, Dizzy Grant, and Scooter Christensen – along with female star TNT Maddox and 7ft 8ins Tiny Sturgess, the Guinness World Record holder as the World’s Tallest Professional Basketball Player (roster may change city to city).
