World War Two bomb shell found at Sheffield building site

A World War Two bomb shell has been discovered at the former Don Valley Stadium site.

Police were called at about 10am today after the shell was discovered at a building site in Attercliffe.

A small cordon is in place. Trams were stopped as a precautionary measure while specialist officers remove the device.
