THE Sheffield Telegraph will soon be relaunched with a bold, new look and improved content.
This design has been crafted to ensure that the essence of what makes the Telegraph special is retained - but will update the paper with an exciting new layout.
As well as our plans for a refreshing new appearance, we want to improve the way we bring news, entertainments and sport to you.
For example, part of the way we’ll do this will be by further harnessing the world of social media.
We already enjoy a great relationship with our readers through our Twitter and Facebook accounts - and on our letters page.
And you’ll notice in the relaunched paper that we’ve taken this further - for instance by inviting you to comment and react to individual stories.
Over the next few weeks we’ll be keeping you informed about the changes, the first of which you’ll notice on page 19 this week.
We’ve introduced a bright new header style for The Guide pages (pictured right).
We’d love you to get in touch and let us know what you think of it.
As part of our redesign process, we’d like to know what you would like to see change in the Telegraph...and also if there are things you’d like to stay the same.
It’s a great opportunity to be a part of a project that will shape the future of your favourite newspaper.
Do you think there should be more focus on a particular part of the news?
Would you be interested in reading features on a particular subject?
Is there a sport, league or team that deserves more attention?
Do you believe there should be a greater focus on cinema, or on the theatre?
Perhaps there were things that used to be included in the past that you think should be brought back?
Whatever your feelings on the matter, now is the opportunity to have your say - don’t miss out!
