Hallamshire runner Andy Heyes runs for England in the Home Countries Cross Country International at Wollerton Park, Nottingham tomorrow.

It is the same venue, but a different course, that Heyes had his best ever cross country run with bronze medal in the National Championships a month ago.

Heyes, who is the Yorkshire Champion, followed that up with fourth place in the Inter Counties and is in outstanding form.

Other Sheffield runners are in action in the Schools International at Bolton tomorrow. James Gormley (City of Sheffield) runs for the England Intermediate team while Hallamshire’s Tilly Simpson, who finished sixth in the English Schools junior race, is also competing.
