Goalkeeper Ross Turnbull has joined Leeds United from Barnsley on a free transfer.
The two-year deal has been in the offing for a couple of weeks but an agreement was finally reached to allow the 30 year old to step back up to the Championship.
Turnbull joined Barnsley last season from Doncaster Rovers on a two year contract and made 26 appearances for the Reds. The former England youth international had previously spent a spell on loan at Oakwell, while at Middlesbrough, ten years before his permanent switch.
Former Sheffield Wednesday keeper Adam Davies is expected to be Lee Johnson's number one next season. Davies played in goal against Guisley last night while youngster Christian Dibble had started against Stalybridge Celtic at the weekend.
