Oldham Athletic manager David Dunn is predicting a tough encounter when his side travel to South Yorkshire to take on Sheffield United in the FA Cup today.

The former Blackburn Rovers and Birmingham midfielder, who as a player was once linked with a move to Bramall Lane, says he has been impressed by the Blades any time he has watched Nigel Adkins side.

However, Dunn points to his own team's display when the sides fought out a 1-1 draw at Boundary Park in October as a positive going into today's cup clash.

"I've been to watch them a couple of times this season and they have been dangerous every time I have seen them," he said.

"They have a strong squad and have a good manager so we've got to set our stall out and do our best to get a result there.

"I thought we were good in the game against them in the league earlier this season and I was very pleased with the performance.

"It was a decent afternoon and one that we could have turned into a win rather than a draw."
