Sheffield Tigers went down 26-41 to Leicester Lions in National Two North match at Dore Moor.
Centre Jamie Broadley and winger Henri Packard had given the Tigers a 12-10 lead, but Leicester took a 20-12 lead into the interval.
The comeback looked unlikely and Tigers’ task was made harder after Frank Wragg was dismissed in the second half.
The hosts were 41-12 down before scoring again, with Packard and Broadley both going over for their second tries of the match to secure a bonus point.
The game saw Charlie Cone make his 100th appearance for the Tigers.

Left winger Rupert Broadley raced in for an early try which scrum-half Steve Depledge converted, but Lichfield hit back with hooker Stephen Gabbitas, full-back Greg Massey and scrum-half Johnny Evans all touching down, Joss Massey adding a conversion as the home side took a 17-7 half time lead.
But after the break it was all Sheffield, with flanker Tom Womack’s 60th minute try being converted by Depledge as they closed to within three points.
Second row Dave Crayden put Sheffield in front with a 65th minute try, Depledge converting, and prop Toby Amemakin crashed over with ten minutes left, Depledge on target again to ensure the win.
Mistakes cost Dinnington dear as they lost out 25-21 to visitors Malton and Norton in North One East.
Stand-off Jonny West kicked two first half penalties, but Malton still led 10-6 at the break.
West touched down for a try on 50 minutes and added the conversion and a penalty, before centre Olly Rogers scored on the hour mark to put Dinnington 21-17 ahead.
However, a late try and penalty saw Malton snatch the win and leave Dinnington with just a losing bonus point.
Barnsley ran in seven tries in a 47-15 bonus point win over Old Crossleyans in Yorkshire Two.
Winger Ryan Exley scored twice for the hosts, with second row Stuart Haynes, Flanker Chris Beck, and centre Will Smith and Maika Burenivalu all on the score sheet. Callum Emery added 12 points with the boot.
Wath on Dearne were 26-17 winners over Sheffield Medicals, with centre Steve Mason, winger Danny Lord and scrum-half Joe Bartlett scoring their tries.
Stocksbridge’s poor start continued as they were beaten 50-9 at Leeds Medics in Yorkshire Three .
Rotherham Phoenix ran out 34-20 winners at Leeds Corinthians in Yorkshire Four.
