SNOOKER fans will be cue-ing up to pocket our dream prize - a pair of VIP tickets to meet some of the sport’s biggest names and play in a doubles match with one of them.
It’s a money-can’t-buy prize to celebrate the fourth season of the annual Snooker Legends series of exhibition events.
The 2013 10-date tour kicks off at the home of snooker - the world championship venue itself - Sheffield Crucible Theatre, on April 11.
Our lucky winner will get a pair of VIP Tickets to a champagne reception to meet Steve Davis, Jimmy White, Dennis Taylor and Stephen Hendry, plus referee Michaela Tabb and host John Virgo.
And to make it extra special, our winner will be given the opportunity to get to take part in a doubles match with one of the stars on the night.
It will kick-off the tour with a new format, a pairs team challenge - with Jimmy White and Dennis Taylor taking on Stephen Hendry and Steve Davis in a series of doubles and singles, where only one team can win.
Also taking part, on other nights during the tour, will be reigning World Snooker champion Ronnie O Sullivan, former champs Ken Doherty, John Parrott, Dennis Taylor, Cliff Thorburn, Neil Robertson, Mark Williams and Joe Johnson.
Appearances will also be made on some dates by the ‘fastest player in the world’ Tony Drago and Junior UK Champion Hannah Jones, making history as the first woman to join the tour’s exhibition player line-up.
Overseeing the tour will be host John Virgo and referee Michaela Tabb, whilst multiple world champ referee Jan Verhaas will add his refereeing skills to the Legends Cup event. For full dates and details visit www.snookerlegends.co.uk
