In addition, Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity, Royal Society for the Blind and Support Dogs will also be joining in with the fun on the day.

Marcus Brameld, Wednesday community manager, said: “Owls in the Park is a fantastic event for all the family and always promises to be a fun day for everyone involved.

“It’s the perfect way for the club to meet the fans and give something back for their ongoing support throughout the year.

“It’s brilliant for Wednesday to collaborate with local charities, organisations and local performers.

“We are all excited about the 2014 event and wish to welcome as many people to the park as possible.”
