Are you a cook?

I try to be. I enjoy cooking for family and friends, but I’m more of a baker.
I always enjoy trying a new recipe out.

Any cooking tips?

Be creative.
If you think it will work, chances are it will.

What’s your favourite dish?

Probably spaghetti bolognese. I love Italian food in general.

And a drink to go with it?

A cold glass of white wine is always a favourite.

Your favourite restaurant in the Sheffield area?

Zeugmas on London Road. It’s always busy so it’s very popular and has such a cosy

And pub?

The Cricket Inn at Totley. I
t always serves amazing home cooked meals with a restaurant touch.

What’s the worst meal you’ve ever had?

Steak tartare in Paris. I ordered it thinking it was just steak.
I didn’t realise it was raw meat. I do now!

And the best?

Moules mariniere, again in Paris.

Your favourite TV cook?

Mary Berry. She’s a baking icon!

What do you think of Sheffield as a place to eat out?

I think it’s great.

There is such a variety of foods on our doorstep so no matter what you fancy there is always somewhere to suit.
