Colin Firth’s new film to get Sheffield premiere

Colin Firth’s new film is to be given its regional premiere in Sheffield.

Kingsman: The Secret Service, which also stars Sir Michael Caine and Mark Hamill, is to be shown at the Vue cinema in Meadowhall on Wednesday, January 14, ahead of its national release on January 29.

The film tells the story of a secret spy organisation that recruits a street kid, just as a global threat emerges from a technological genius.

David Bolton, General Manager at Vue Sheffield said: “We are thrilled to be opening our doors and providing local customers with the red carpet treatment see Kingsman: The Secret Service, one of next year’s most anticipated films.”

Tickets for the premiere cost £15 and include a complimentary glass of champagne and goodie bag.
