THE Harley don’t do partying by halves.
And next month, the music venue is hosting a party that will last the entirety of February.
To achieve this The Harley is inviting 28 different promoters to programme a wide range of parties on every night of the week, with acts such as Norman Jay, Veronica Falls, Breakage, Prosumer, Pusherman and more all taking to the stage.
The month-long party, known as 28 Days, will see a mix of live shows, late bar promotions and clubnights all filling the venue.
Harley Manager Claire Jones explains: “We’ve got a reputation for putting on great parties at The Harley and in February we decided to really push the boat out. We’ve always had a passion for new and innovative events, and often have a queue of promoters wanting to try something out in the venue, so we’ve been waiting to find the right the opportunity to let them showcase their talents.”
As well as the new blood, some of The Harley’s more established nights have also secured some of their finest line-ups yet.
The month-long party highlights include Panorama Bar resident Prosumer, who will be headlining Party for the People on Thursday, February 14. After more than 15 years of releases on Ostgut Ton and DJing around the world, Prosumer has built up an unrivalled reputation.
And then, as if that weren’t enough, there’s Norman Jay headlining Reminisce This on Saturday, February 16, with support from Thirsty Ear DJs and the Threads crew.
In addition to this, Sheffield’s rising star Walter Ego headlines new club-night Lifted on Thursday, February 7. Walter Ego recently signed to Toddla T’s Girls Music label, making the Sheffield DJ one to watch.
And for those looking for love, The Harley will also be launching its new night I Wanna Be Adored on Valentine’s Eve, where a speed dating mix CD combination bring hope for potential Valentine’s singletons.
28 Days starts on Friday. For further information on any of the above, please contact Charlie Leaver. on 07984720804 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
