COMEDY fans will have plenty to laugh about if they win today’s top prize - we’re giving away a pair of FRONT ROW tickets to see Eddie Izzard at Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena.

His brand new stand-up world tour is called Force Majeure, which is French for “superior force”.

And the force of nature is coming to the Arena on Friday, May 10, 2013.

It’s something of a home-coming for the comedy superstar, who began to toy with comedy while he was at the University of Sheffield.

Tickets went on sale yesterday and are expected to sell out fast. Our first prize is a pair right at the very front.

Two runners up will get a pair of general tickets each.

Izzard, the man who turned talking ‘Rubbish’ into an art form, performed and sold–out Madison Square Garden in New York last year.

He spent a three-month residency at the Théâtre de Dix Heures in Paris, performing entirely in French, his show called Stripped: Tout en Francais.

He then became the first stand-up to play a solo show at Los Angeles’ legendary Hollywood Bowl.

Never one to rest on his laurelsr, Force Majeure vows to be the most extensive comedy tour ever.

It begins its mammoth journey around the globe during spring 2013. From Cardiff to Kathmandu, Moscow to Mumbai, the comedy genius will visit 25 countries throughout Europe, USA, Africa, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, India, Nepal and The Far East.
