Arsonists torch car in Doncaster

Firefighters were called out to tackle a car blaze in Doncaster in the early hours of this morning that is believed to have been started deliberately.

A crew from Thorne fire station was sent out to Alexandra Street, Thorne at around 2am, after receiving reports of a car on fire.

A spokesman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed the fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
