When asked whether Sheffield's store in Barker’s Pool would be extending its hours, a John Lewis spokeswoman said: “Opening hours will be decided on a local level and will be dependent on demand, so we are advising customers to check their local shop's opening times online before visiting.”
The store’s page on the John Lewis website lists hours of 9am to 6pm from Wednesday to Friday, December 2 to 4, then 9am to 7pm on Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
