This plate was created by James Mellor, the son-in- law of John Mitchell, who joined The Pub People Company as a catering development manager in 2016.
It features in the Sheffield Cookbook: Second Helpings as the recipe from Mitchell’s Wines at Meadowhead.
James said: “I have decided to do three of my own burgers, each with a twist that is matched perfectly to its accompanying drink.
“I would like to thank Holdsworth Foods and Skyline Catering Supplies for the produce.”
Despite the long list of ingredients, the preparation time for this dish is just 15 minutes and the cooking time is 40 minutes. The ingredients serve four people.
