Northern Menswear, ‘which represents the best in classic and casual clothing from independent British brands to international labels’, is set to open its flagship store on Church Street, near TK Maxx. The premises had previously been vacant.
The independent fashion retailer already has a store in Glossop. A spokesperson said one full-time position will be created when the shop opens, as well as three part-time roles. They remained tight-lipped on an opening date, but staff working on the fit-out said it should be open in about four weeks.
