Former Sheffield hotelier adapts his knowledge to run his own cleaning business

Ben said he was inspired to launch Bright and Beautiful Sheffield after the birth of his daughter last January.

Despite Covid-19 lockdown, he said he and his team of three professional cleaners are now able to provide a premium cleaning service to customers in and around South Yorkshire.

Ben, who was born and raised in the Sheffield area, said: “Hotel hours don’t really work too well with family life and I wanted a change of career in any case.

“After doing some research into franchising, I chose to launch a Bright and Beautiful franchise business simply because it is a more premium brand and would create a number of jobs for the local people. The service they offer is most similar to my experience of working in hotels and I like the emphasis on customer service.”

Ben added: “For me it’s all about delivering a first-class service and the best experience possible for our customers.”
