Sheffield bike repair shop set to reopen after three months
and live on Freeview channel 276
Bike Rehab on Wellington Street is set to open its doors again on July 1.
Boss Alex Gunn said they appreciated the messages of support, had missed their customers and were looking forward to returning.

Hide AdHe added: “Covid-19 forced us to make the tough decision to close our doors on April 1 and focus on our families’ welfare during this time.
“But the good news is we will be back soon, we plan to reopen the workshop on July 1st.
“We would love to get back to work immediately but our families are still reliant on us to stay off to care for them.
“We have really appreciated all the messages of support we’ve received through this tough time and can’t wait to open again.

The four-strong outfit was on the list of businesses allowed to stay open during the coronavirus lockdown. It cut staffing to one and introduced a ‘contact free’ method of booking in bikes before wrapping handlebars and contact points.It was fully booked as stir-crazy cyclists headed outside - the activity is one of the few permitted to prevent the spread of the disease.
