But it actually marks an extended partnership with the Owls and the S6 Foodbank in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hide AdFood and drink donations can be dropped off at the car park between 10am and 1pm on weekdays in a contactless manner that reflects social distancing and government guidelines.
The vital food and drink items will then be distributed around the community for those who need it most during these troubled times.
Sam Evans of S6 Foodbank said: “It is so fantastic to be partnering with Sheffield Wednesday to meet the needs of those in our community.
The Owls and their fans have been long term supporters and incredibly generous to the foodbank through donating food on matchdays and raising money.

Individuals or families can access the foodbank by calling 0114 3210733.
The charity is currently running particularly short of UHT milk, tinned vegetables, tinned meat and tinned fish, although any donations will ‘be greatly appreciated’.
S6 Foodbank is one of a range of charity beneficiaries for whom the Owls have launched an official donation page during the COVID-19 crisis.
