Hannah, who was already a doting mum to her son, Jude, now 22 months, took her final breaths just seven weeks later.

During those final weeks, Hannah married her long term partner, Andrew, and arranged a naming ceremony for their two children.

Her final wish was for money donated in her memory to be shared to charities and organisations that supported her during her final weeks.

An online crowdfunding appeal has been set up in Hannah’s memory, with all donations to be shared between the Jessop Wing maternity unit in Sheffield, Barnsley Hospice, Barnsley Neonatal Unit, The Ambulance Wish Foundation and the charity Mummy’s Star.

More than £31,500 has been donated in memory of Hannah, who was a primary school teacher at Bramley Grange Primary School in Rotherham.

Her family said she was ‘a much loved mummy, wife, daughter and sister’ and they have ‘an admiration that can never be topped’ for the way she handled her pregnancy despite being so seriously ill.

Her funeral service is to be held at St John the Baptist Church, Royston, Barnsley, this afternoon followed by a service at Ardsley Crematorium.
