The six-week programme of virtual classes, which will start early in the New Year, aim to help those who are struggling to keep active and aid their recovery, both physically and mentally.
The free sessions will be led by neuro-rehabilitation expert Jules McDonald.

Hide AdThey will include work on walking and mobility, hand and fine motor skills and breathing and speech.
Jules said: “We know that keeping active and recovering from a stroke has been particularly difficult over the last few months which is why we’re proud to have adapted the work we do to support individuals remotely.
“Our new, free classes in the New Year are an opportunity for more people to get the benefits we can offer direct to their homes, supporting their recovery both physically and mentally.
"I look forward to seeing many new faces on the sessions in January.”
