Work begins on new £19m student flats in Sheffield city centre
The £19 million Steel City scheme in St Vincent's Quarter includes the refurbishment of Grade II-listed former 'little mesters' metal workshops dating back to 1833.
The development on Hollis Croft, close to the University of Sheffield’s School of Engineering, will have 324 student rooms, with a mix of en-suite rooms, studios and one and two-bedroom duplex apartments.
