Anna's review wins contest

ALL the world's a stage for Anna Scott – after she won a tour of Sheffield City Hall and a place on a day of singing, dancing and acting workshops.

Anna, aged 13, from Lodge Moor won top prize in a competition to write a concert review, run by the City Hall.

Now Anna and a friend will join a day of workshops, enjoy a technical tour of the City Hall, and have the chance to perform on the Oval Hall stage at the end of the day.

The High School pupil also has the chance to go to all 10 of the children’s concerts in the 2007 to 2008 Sheffield International Concert Season.

Anna said: “It was great to win. I’m really excited now about the workshops and reviewing the new concerts.”
