A busy road outside a Sheffield hospital is blocked this afternoon following a collision.

Bus company First South Yorkshire said some services have been diverted as a result of the non-bus smash at the junction of Barnsley Road and Herries Road, outside the Northern General Hospital.

Details have not yet been released by South Yorkshire Police but the bus company said its 11,75, 76, 95 and 95a services are diverted on inbound routes to the city centre via Herries Road and Norwood Road.
